Our organic Shiitake mushrooms are harvested based on sustainable practice. To preserve their powerful nutrients, we gently vacuum fry whole mushrooms at very low temperature.
Each Forestly Mushroom Chips bag is made with up to 500 g fresh Shiitake mushrooms.

The final product is a delicious, minimally processed, natural snack with no additives or artificial flavors.
Bursting with fibres and vitamins
Shiitake mushrooms are not only delicious, but also packed with many vitamins and minerals. They are high in fibre: a single serving provides 12% of your daily needs. Key nutrients are vitamin D, vitamin B6, copper, folate, selenium, magnesium, iron and zinc.

Mushrooms use minimal land space, thanks to their vertical growing method, and produce one of the biggest yields per hectare.
