As passionate foodies we have always loved snacking. Fed up with heavily processed and boring snacks, we decided to make snacking real again.

On our journey we rediscovered the power of mushrooms and a gentle cooking process that allows us to turn them into snacks. Mushrooms are commonly used in cooking, but not readily available to munch on anytime, anywhere. This is how Forestly was born: A natural, tasty, and crunchy mushroom snack.
